Hi Max
I think with some careful cleaning and a dab of weld here and there a 6" rzeppa joint should suffice. At least you'd have good articulation although you may develop a slight lean in that direction. Last time they probably put a 4 7/8" one into you so no wonder it wore out.
Can we call you the bionic man after this? We already know within your chest beats a sidevalve V8.
