Here are a bunch of pics from my files......
You will noticed that you need BOTH the flange and the pulley to reinstall the larger 261 water pump pulley...... Scream if you have questions..... You will need to press the existing pulley and flange off the pump.... press on the small bolt pattern 261 flange than bolt on the pulley...... I probably have the parts you need....but would suggest you check on the continent first as shipping can be costly.... you alternator pulley should probably be changed as well for a larger one so it will no spin so fast at high speed......... make sure the pulley width is all the same.... it can vary between 7/8 of an inch for an early 216 to 5/8 to 3/8 on later models. I beleive that the shaft size are the same between 216 and 261. Keep plugging at it...... Boob Boob

Hi Michael
If you cannot find the pulley/flange in Europe I can send you what you need...but will need to get a shipping quote first to establish if it is worth the cost...... these are spare parts for me...... ..but looking at the Ebay listings they are selling.... or at least trying to sell ....a 261 water pump and pulley asking $136.00...... which is absolutely ridiculous....... and shipping extra. Let me know if you want the parts. Boob
