Just added this book title to the U.S. Amazon.com book site. With shipping it works out to the same price as going through my web page but some people might find it easier to deal with if they buy a lot of books through Amazon.
Plus there were some vendors selling used copies of the original equipment book for almost $300US which is nuts. I'd sure hate for someone to buy an expensive copy there because they didn't know it could be had for cover price if they shopped around.
