Yes, it is diesel music.
Sorry, I've forgotten to mention it.
But with the Dutch fuel prices a lot cheaper to drive

Oke,
A few months later..........
Winter has left the country.
The brakes were not working so we brought it home on a truck.
Last few weeks I've been busy with replacing wheelcylinders ( found a good salescompagny in Holland!) and springs on the brakeshoes.
At the moment working on the lights.

Glad you have got it Home, my name is Gareth and have known this Chev for a few years, in fact I bought a GPW from it's previous owner Mark, that also had a diesel in.
I was always told this would never be sold, so when I was in the market for a CMP I never even bothered to ask, Had to get mine from Jersey, next thing I know Paul bought it from Mark!! and it was only 4 miles from my House!!
Then Paul( my former employer) tells me he has sold it again and here it is on these pages.
Glad to see you will be using it as it had been sat for a while, Are you going to fit correct engine?

Hi Gareth,

I don't put another engine in for the moment.
When they have changed the engine they have cut out a lot of steel to fit the diesel in.
At the moment all the costs are leaving a hole in my wallet.
May be next year or so.
At the moment he is almost repainted for duty in de Dutch Prinsses Irene Brigade.
The MOT is oke so I can put him on the road....
