Ιt's very obvious that the Dutch HUW has the original seat covers.

What do you mean regarding the Dutch HUW being correct? The pictures earlier in this thread do not show any seat cushions?

To my eyes the radio operators seat covers of the Dutch HUW and the above seat cover you've posted, look the same..
Ian, I do not support this with confidence and I may be wrong....my HUW do not have any seats at all...so far.
