I go every year to the Scottish games in Fair Hill, Maryland. There is a fellow who brings a few sheep and his collies. One "works" while the others wish they were. Every now and again, one of the resters will try to round up small children as they watch the proceedings. I seem to remember reading about a grade school teacher in the Scottish Higlands whose "teaching assistant" was her border collie.
