I brought in the calipers today to make the measurements on the bracket. Everything is in millimeters. If there are any questions to the measurements, ask soon as I will be heading back to KAF in a couple weeks for another tour.

Sorry for the poor drawings....I am no draftsman.

Rob, just wanted to say your drawing is great. I made up that bracket today in a few hrs.

Bruce, is there any chance you could post up some dimensions for the switch cover?

Jordan
I hope you didn't mind everything in millimeters. I usually go with inches, but the digital caliper lends itself well to mm measurements. Saves me converting decimals to fractions in the imperial system.

Good to hear it went together easily. I see I forgot to tell you how far the holes were from the ends. Center the7.8mm holes at 9mm from the end.

Well here is my almost complete Convoy Axle lamp. I got the adapter and light cover from Brian Asbury along with the socket from a standard early CMP rubber light. The cool thing was the ink stamping on the bulb.

I am resurrecting an old thread in the hopes of preventing somebody else from wasting a bit of metal. I used Bruce's fender drawing shown in post 43, and on looking at it, thought something wasn't right. But I went ahead and tried to make it anyway. The inner portion, which get's bent at a right angle and attached to the rear plate covering the diff is wrong. It should form a point rather than being a simple half rectangle.
