Jon,
IKEE was still a term used with the Iltis and Bison VRC-12 Installations. The Doc below references that the IKEE is installed by Maint Pers. I'm having a look around for the term RAK, but am coming up empty, VRC-12 and TCCCS....

Hmm,
Think I might have a definitive answer for you. The Doc below from 2002 regarding the TCCCS install into an Iltis refers to both IKEE and AKEE (Adaptor Kit, Electronic Eqpt), but no RAK. I'm thinking RAK is the older of the two (IKEE and RAK).
