Perhaps an Armstrong Sidderley ute. My parents had one in Sydney in the late 1950's. My brother and sister and I used to sit in the back, with a tonneau over our legs, travelling around Sydney.

From memory, the small second 'seat' had a well set-out tool kit under the rear (internal) 'seat'.
