I have one, no spare, sorry. It would be a cast part. The square part is the block to allow the part to be clamped and the holes to be drilled during manufacture. The two issues are.... using it as a pattern means the new part will be a little smaller this may be an issue as the threaded area will need filling and material adding to allow for shrinkage. Making a new pattern for casting is no problem but does involve a cost to produce. Both options require a set up cost to cast, around £40 plus a cost per part £10 (approx) Then the parts need to be machined. If you can get a few folks that need one together you can share the tooling and set up costs. I'm happy to help if i can. All the best Ben |
