Well I guess we know what the reserve will be.

Very poorly described though, listed as "Ford", so would not have turned up on most searches that we MV afficionaddos would use. (I was chasing the second half safe book, only reason I found the listing) Rich.

Thanks Lang, I did look on their web site, but there is no mention of it being available. Turns out the book I am chasing is the third one, and not written by Ben. Plenty of them out there though, so it is not a problem, just getting the Christmas list sorted....

Richard,
You will have to ring the school as there is just one person in the office who will know about the book sales. For those who don't know there was a third book - written by Ben Carlin's shipmate on the Pacific crossing. "Once a fool: From Japan to Alaska by amphibious jeep" Phoenix Books Boye De Mente isbn 0914778013, 1988 He and Ben did not see eye to eye!
