For those that are not in a position to go and spend up big at swannies swan song, We are having our usual Mv camp out and rally on the same weekend, this years theam is "Busted arse collectors and enthusiasts" , For people that enjoy the bottom end of the market and are happy with what they have,.

What a day, drove up through mist and rain, got very sunburnt in the sunshine and heat in Culgoa at the clearing sale then drove back ( empty handed ) through rain and thunderstorms!

If Grant it'd comprise about 3 rings plus the ring gear plus bearings and brass bearing spreaders all bolted together to form a unit. Stag is similar to Grant except has a sloping lower-outer face and the gear is cut from that same ring instead of being a seperate boltable item. Also the Stag top deck has a weld most of the way around the ring so if the ring was cut out you'd see the shiny weld bead around the edge. Regards Alex |
