 Front armour has been cut down. Appears to be a MK1. Check Kijiji 1943 bren carrier for sale. I wish I had a field full of these as I could retire.... Not affiliated with the seller

just needs the gunners left armour top put back on and some ducting ...voila :-) the add says 12000 CND so that equates roughly to £7500 GBP + 3K to get it back to the UK..... still potentially a good buy ! Kevin what cha waiting for get it purchased matey

Yes, it will be amortar carrier. The 3 giveaways I can spot are the plugs over the battery box wire holes on the back armour, the bracket for the starting crank on the top of the back armour, and the rivets in place of the rifle clip on the right side engine cover front shielding.
It needs a little work on the upper front armour, but all in all is properly priced considering what is out there these days. Mind you, just because it is running does not mean that the total restoration will be that much easier. |
