I think a lot of springs used to be made like this. I think the end is probably squashed, to make the it bigger.

The spring man can make the spring as per Lynn's info. The price is $50 Aussie dollars each if 12 are made at once. Expressions of interest please because to make one I was quoted $230 ![]() OR If anyone else is interested in acquiring another quote please do so and put me on the list of buyers. Lyn. In your posts 134 and 139, You show the part that I need to get made, which is the tooth part for 7/8" rods, which meshes with the toothed base. I could do with pictures and measurements.
I will machine and use this mushroom part (from a ground station kit) and make a facsimile. Ron |
