There is no drain hole, at least not in my one.
I have an original tray, the two bits of wood, and the steel plate that screws into the bottom of the wood, if anyone needs any info.

Default cooker tray

Lynn, Could you post a picture of the curved wood cut out please with dimensions, just want to check the diameter of the curve as I making a couple more of these.

I will post pictures later. On your first photo, I think the buckle would be down the side. Then you would only have to thread the strap through the top two alli loops, as apposed to re threading the whole lot every time.
Just a guess.

Hi, Thanks Lynn, looks like I guessed correct with the hole saw I used to cut the recess corners, think it was a 25mm one, but I will check.
