I know its a pioneer tool rack but which era and what did it come off, also how much did you want for it? Thanks.

Looks to be Aust WW2, and as fitted to some versions of Blitz:

The scrappy has a good setup for clearing small lots of scrap. He took 9.25 ton on the first trip.
