Not that it matters for our purposes! But would those lower thumb screws more likely have been forged? (Hot metal under a press). It would seem a quicker way to stamp them out??

The two samples I have of the lower thumbscrews are forged. They have a wide seam and the part number is stamped in, which indicates a forging. You are absolutely correct, forging would be a faster way to mass produce these screws.

Hi

The time has come to place the order. If you haven't had an email from me but you do want parts can you let me know asap please?

smoke discharger bracket, lower thumb screws, latches, or any of the previous two batches parts.

I'll give it a couple of days to get the quantities in and then sort out the payment.

Thanks

Ben

Increased interest in the smoke discharger bracket has allowed the price to drop to £70.

Default George

The carrier ones are BSF.
The thin butterfly shaped ones (top or left of pictures) are British,
The oval thick ones (bottom and right side ones) are Canadian.
There is a least one other sort, like the Canadian one which has a smaller oval.(not shown) I dont know the origin of it.
