The other database shows more Unit info and some basic maintenance and overhaul info, along with modification history. Sadly, on these 70s and earlier vehicles, the version I have access to right now only shows what I gave you above.

The Holding Unit Registry doesn't list any units which would lead me to believe that it was most likely a Base Tn veh.

The Work Order History only lists three entries:

C30-010-000-CF003 is the modification of the distributor cap cover to accept the autosense diagnostic machine.
30100000CF0014 is the modification to the alternator bracket.

Unfortunately I do not have the C30-103 series of CFTOs, but the 103 number refers strictly to the Cdn3, so it will be something unique to that pattern of the M38A1.
