Default Good find

Hi Mike

Good find, wonder if this one started off as an Army training film or was shot specially for the newsreel. What I found kind of interesting was that unlike some of the factory film there is no get the thing airborne or charging around at speed like you see with most Jeep film of the time.

OK got the answer to my question right at the end film the "REMEMBER! The skilful driver is the careful driver!" it was a training film.

Cheers Phil

Default Skillful drivers

Awesome bit of history there, that could be shown on driving courses nowadays and still be completely relevant. Then I wouldn't have to fix as much broken kit.
