I thought CS8 to start with but have subsequently learnt to recognise the longer wheelbase C4; Rory has seen this too and recalls it is titled as a C4.

In the question of tyres (again!) Mike, these are likely UK supply NDCC; 9.00 x 16s are common for LR 101s, so easy to find in quantity at reasonable prices to keep this truck going. T24s are difficult and the earlier patterns are extinct of course.
