According to the thread over on HMVF forum, the truck was found soon after, but the gas operated guns had been removed and are still missing.
Thieves don't really care about the intentions or purposes of their victims. They are simply opportunists with no remorse.

there have been 3 major theft over the last year to 18 months as far as I recall.
There was a carrier from northern England. The stolen and now recovered Bolster truck. And most recently a CVR(T) Scorpion from East Sussex within the last week. R

wasnt there also an iltis jeep stolen this summer or last year from eastern Canada?
