Hi Harry

Thanks for that.

Really interesting.

I am intrigued by 50's era crashes for some reason. They seen a relative unkn publicly but there were many.

I stooged around the net and found what may be the a/c you saw:

http://pinecone-burke.blogspot.ca/20...-crash-in.html

Nice info at that link with some photos and there is a PDF for Google Viewer there with news articles, pics and crew info.

Again, really interesting. Thanks.

regards
Darrell

Hi Harry

Up early?

Yup, that's the one.

There was a recent Article in Maple Leaf about a Sabre crash in NB.

Default Hard to get the scale of the photo until the last

Hi Harry

Interesting photos, hard to get the scale or even what you are looking at until the last photo with the wheel and prop. Then the scale jumps right out at you and the other photos then drop into perspective.

Cheers Phil

I visited a crash site on Vancouver Island earlier this year and am looking for some others.
Here are some links I found of the event and one fellow's recent pictures.

I am not sure if I have posted the links correctly.
Cheers
Randy
