Looks like a tree pusher-overer.

They were often used in combination with another pair of tanks with a large rolling ball chained between them to clear the smaller scrub.

Looks like it may have had a dozer blade once, due to the cable pulley system at the front of the tank.
Rear jib and winch looks similar to the one that was mounted to Ryans old Lee tank.

So I reckon she was modified into a forwarder for dragging logs out of the bush.
