Is this line truck identified as:

ECC 124107, or, probably more properly as ECC 124102 once the Cable Layer Adaptor Kit was installed, and then became NSN 3895-21-109-3752 as per EIS7009?

That is what I'm seeing in the same census publication.
124102 - Truck, cargo, 2-1/2 ton, 6 x 6, w/winch, w/e, M135
124107 - Cable layer, truck mounted
124902 - Truck, maintenance, 2-1/2 ton, 6 x 6, w/winch
