Maybe this is a stab in the dark.
Iltis- with number 88-130 That's all I know as I used to drive this one...and I remember it had low klicks on it when I last drove it in 1992. Many Thanks. I'd love to find it again and see if it still has the hockey puck that I had to put in as a body mount as a "field expedient" fix. Right rear...we went to Canadian Tire in ( I think) Pembroke and bought a bunch of stuff when we couldn't get parts...like air filters and spark plugs for the generators. Oh well! Many Thanks if you find anything. Best Regards Brock |

Scott,
Can you please research CFR 67-35918. Lynx Command and Recce Veh. It may possibly be a former SSF Recce Sqn Armoured Jump Troop vehicle, Thanks Dave

The number plate you mention sounds like a civilian licence, not a military one.

This is a prototype Chrysler built truck delivered to LETE on 26 August 1969. It is vehicle no. 03 of 6 built. The plate does look like a civilian plate. Other pictures in the test literature show vehicle 05 bearing DND plate no. 12165 & vehicle no. 02 bore plate 35835.F
