No, dear Mr Bill, the third photo of C60X with bulldozer on trailer was made in the USSR, in Estonian region, in period from 1950 to 1960. The photographer was Toomas Harjuse.
The caption under original photo says: "This 3-axle GM C60X (registration number PY 63-06) belonged to electric power station in Kingissepa town (now Kuressaare) on Saaremaa island." The bulldozer is "Stalinets S-80". Estonia have many windmills too !

Thank you very much for the correction, Eduard.
In many cases, I find these pictures on various photo blog sites and they have no captions and I often have to guess at the country they are being used in. And, of course, the windmill was why I chose the Netherlands for this one  I hope you enjoy the photos. Bill
