Default 1945 HUP does have them

Hi Maurice

My `45 HUP has bolt holes with captive nuts under the floor 1/4x20 by both front doors, by the left side door and on the right next to the spare tire box, and then on either side of the rear door. There are also mounting points for the clamp or clip above each of them.

I'll find photos showing each of the locations, I'll have to confirm if the mounting screws for the but blocks are all the same distance apart and if that distance is the same as used on other Pat 13s and Pat 12s.
