Bob,
That half track is a Citroen Kegresse, early 1920's. My grandfather drove one of the first ones in England. The lady in the back is Queen Mary and it looks like the King is driving. It is an Artillery Battery staff car I believe.

I think this machine showed up in a garage on a programme called "Salvage Hunters" a few years back..
