I don't have a way of measuring the tension, but here are the dimensions: Spring is just over 1" long (1.05) and just over 1/2 in diameter. The diameter of the spring material is .0625 (which is 16 gauge).
Spring is adjustable, so the overall tension will not be that critical as setting it properly. |

Thank you very much Rob, I had a read up about setting it as you said using an air line
The ball and spring are the easier bit, the adjusting screw is a bit harder for me, that said I reckon I could machine one up .
