Tony,
The 110 Land Rover is a nice bus: enjoy! Both the trailer and the 110 L/Rover types have a combat history in the Aust Army. Do you know their ARNs? And trading to a Land Rover does not mean you have to abandon MLU to participate on the REMLR forum: hell, I watch and contribute to both, as do others. But always remember the old saying: when a Land Rover owner says he's going offroad for the weekend, he actually means he'll be up to his elbows in grease in the workshop trying to fix the bXXXXy thing, not bush driving! I have the army service records for the Land Rover 110 which show the ARN for the 110 is ARN:51-562. The NSN number is. NSN-2320-66-128-4220. It is a long wheelbase FFR, with a 3.9 Isuzu Diesel motor. It is a 1991 model with only 51,892 Klm on the clock and in excellent condition, I only wish the army had left the camo canvas seat covers on the seats, I wonder what they did with them as I sure would like to get hold of a set. I certainly hope when I go off road I won't be up to my elbows in grease in the workshop trying to fix the bXXXXy thing, not bush driving! Ha Ha. I was told about the REMLR site by Lionel and Diana and I have now registered the 110 with REMLR and I have been given a membership number so I will have to check it out. Cheers Tony ![]()

It was in storage awaiting issue in October 1993, at Moorebank Logistics Group, Moorebank, NSW. How extensive are the records you recieved? Did it come with the complete log book, listing unit change overs, mileages etc, or just the service & mod records?
Anyway, just a little more to add to your data on the vehicle.... Mike C |

Thanks for the information. I have checked the complete vehicle Records that came with the vehicle and under section 2, "Record of Transfer Between Units" - Unit Designation, it clearly shows the vehicle was only ever with; MLG Moorebank, NSW. So it did not get to move around much, hence the low mileage I suppose. Cheers Tony ![]()
