They were an option for the LMG in the rear compartment on early LP2.
The Year of the Carrier DVD features an Aussie collector describing the Hotchkiss ammo box he built to fit in the tray on the lower front right side of his LP2 engine cover. Rob

big gaps in tread
It seem I have been a little slack on the updates unlike Darrin.
The last pic were of the repairs to the hull prior to sandblasting. The build has come along way since so I will post a bit of a catch up.

More progress
This weeks jobs included the dash wiring, rear lights and steering linkages.
I have had a run of clevis made if anyone is interested.
