Actually - I don't know if the owner has branded it a Power Wagon himself. And that there's a South African flag sticker on the dash suggests the owner envisages this thing hurtling across the veldt after wilderbeest. Certainly the type on the tailgate is a vinyl sticker - but I don't recall seeing the lettering on the bonnet quite like what's on it. There are all sorts of crazy things on the roads here - occasionally you see ratty rusty Anadols - the Anadol was Turkey's attempt a locally made car - but alas no more. Have a google for them - they're um... interesting.Especially the sports car!
