Rich, what have you learned about the curved panel steel in the top of the air duct? I didn't think that any of it was welded in.

I have the correct curve, and I know the overall length, I have no doubt the original was bent over, I don't have that luxury so I am going to Tig the ends on.

Rich, I think there is a piece welded into the curves at the end, so that a bolt (c/sunk screw or 2) can come in from the end of each air duct to hold it. if you follow.

Rich, I have emailed you pics of both items, do you need all the hole location dimensions?, for starters it a piece of 2" angle iron 3/8" thick, get a piece as wide as your carrier.
