I had an idea about a boat race involving carriers and tracks... Two man teams per carrier... Tracks broken and withdrawn from the vehicle... Last team to fit the tracks gets a penalty.

However Sbi have just torn a muscle in my back , I can no longer put up a reasonable standard or competition !

Kev I have never seen that image before, excellent quality ! If the carrier was displaying that scheme, the chances are it came in via Bizzerta and perhaps had a stint on Op Husky.

Well got the carrier back yesterday so decided to start to fit the antenna bracket base.

This year will hopefully be one for the detail stuff , I still have to fabricate the radio battery box, the gunners seat, and a number of bins etc etc.

Then I can get the radio and intercom kit fitted. !

I've only cleaned mine. True dedication (or the disease is terminal) has you out in the workshop.

I'll email some drawings for the bits you need. You can borrow the aerial bits if you want to copy them.

Default Well done Ritchie!

It was a pleasure to meet you on site and see the results of all your work.

It was great to get a ride in, and I hope those video shots came out, the carrier is not a good platform for filming on the move!

I never asked if the fuel valve solved the issue. How is it going?
In the antipodes we all use outboard motor hand primers to get the fuel up to the pump prior to start up after a long period in the shed.

Best wishes for the final fit out of the carrier. It looks great already.

Rob
