that looks like hard work Jack. Far easier to work in plastic/resin at a smaller scale you know

When it was all clamped together it was so heavy I had to use the block and tackle to turn it over. This is as good as I can get them for now until the guards are on.

Like the bonnets I have three grills all of which appear to have been crashed in to the same object. Or does the crank handle on these utes not disengage and destroy the handle hole. It took pieces of two of two grills to make one good front end.

The centre crank hole I made from scratch as none of the remains could be repaired.
