Peter,

I can indeed confirm they are from a C8....or at least the same as used on a C8. I have just refurbished mine; wheel cylinders are of a type used from 1936 to 1950; casting number 1971903 if I read it correctly(?).. partnumber of the cylinder assy 5300869.
