My mistake, yes you are right, 2140 is the group for the master cylinder complete.
If you were to order right now, Rock auto has two of "CARDONE SELECT Part # 1334572" for just under $30 each Cdn. I can't say where these are manufactured, since just about everyone is having portions if not all their product made in China. I have used a half dozen or more of the modern production master cylinders in the last few years and had no issues with any of them.
