Are the MK1's and MK2's different? It very much looks like it. I have an original seat back in my MK2 (with square hole in the middle) and the bulkhead and bracketery are all original. But the seat back is much lower. Ron

EDIT: No I don't, I just checked some pics of Kev's mk1 and it's the same as mine... The Mk2 must have a smaller seat back.

Some research needed on this. Ross suggested to me it might have something to do with the fitting of the " Sutton Harness". Possibly that also has something to do with the square hole?

Default seat back

The height is 26 inch width is 14.6 inch of the seat back
