From memory of the conventions, the markings would be:

CFR licence plates front and rear, either red and white or black only for red;
Canadian flag sticker, front right fender
Tac sign on the opposite fender and on a rear bumperette
Call sign number/letter on the sides, typically in front of door

Maybe the CFR repeated inside on the dash, either stencils or stickie numbers.
