Again have you asked the
Library and Archives Canada? I would be surprised if (copies of) these official shots would not have ended up there somehow.

Vintage Canada was published by the
National Association of Antique Automobile Clubs of Canada Corporation. Maybe they can help?
If all else fails, I'll happily lend you my copy of Rolland Jerry's article so you can see if the publishers are any good at copying printed photos.
