Here is a shot from the manual showing the location of the bracket. Sorry, I don't know how to do a watermark. Tried it and now the monitor is dripping wet.

Ed, my apologies. I referenced the photo from this thread (http://www.mapleleafup.net/forums/sh...light=106+jeep) and thought it was credited to CF Photo Library. After looking more closely, I see the correct credit at the bottom. I have corrected my previous post above.

Thanks everyone, I did the deed today and hung the shovel holder, spare and jerry can holder. Now I get to take it all off and paint it.

New question, what are people using for a pioneer tool on the jeeps? I have a grant but the spade seems to be bent out to far.

The only big tool on issue was a round nose shovel. If a shovel, axe or machete was required, it would have been an individual item signed out of QM on a unit or assignment checklist or other justification.
