I will have a look in the spares department (haha!). You actually need 3, as the convoy light for the rear axle is also one of those but I don't think I have 3 to spare. Give me a few days to have a look. Both Chev and Ford Cab11 and Cab12 Blitzes had them as original fittings and I guess that is where these came from.
