By 1944, that radio suppression coil mounting up under the hood framework was standard issue for all Chev C15A Wireless Trucks and Chev was also producing a conversion kit that enabled retrofitting this equipment to any Chev that was deemed needed it. I think I posted the instructions for the kit somewhere on the Forum a while back but cannot remember where. Levy's in Toronto used to sell the complete kits. David |

Unfortunately they closed down and the site was developed into condos over 30 years ago. But that's another story in itself.
