Phil, I can relate to that. I have a son who is doing his masters in energy management. (he works as a consultant) and another son studying mechatronics. I used to teach them stuff. Now I listen and try to understand.

G'day Lynn,

There are at least two fantastic imports from New Zealand - Mainland Vintage Cheese. Also one Horace Romano Harré. "Rom" Harré was born in Apiti, in northern Manawatu, near Palmerston North, New Zealand in 1927. Oh BTW Harré is one of the founders of the Social Constructionism - Realist movement that I prescribe to academic discipline wise . No I will inflict no more torture on any one from this point on. If anyone is interested here is Rom's Wiki-bio ....

Accessed September 1st 2016 from, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horace_Romano_Harr%C3%A9

Kind Regards
Lionel

Well Lionel, just reading about him makes my head hurt. This is a track I never expected to look along on MLU. Indeed the road less traveled. I think I will turn back while I remember the way.

Hello All,

Well have a look at this description ...

The Sergeants' Mess ... This forum for general discussion on topics past, present and future which don't seem to fit anywhere else.

... have I misunderstood its intent?

Kind Regards
Lionel
