I have sent you a reply email with my details etc. The legs are part of a 3 inch Mortar and should be a simple project for you. The local re enactment group here also have made one which is gas operated and is really authentic sounding when used on re enactments especially when echoing in the forest.

Excellent!

Now I need to work out how to make the mortar projectile puncture a standard small CO2 cartridge, as it hits bottom of the firing tube.
