Surely you have a claim against whoever supplied you with tracks that were too short for the longer M4A4 type Sherman if they said that they were for that application. If not you could buy another set and use the excess for bling. If this is a problem that others have found there will probably be threads about it in a modeling forum.

How many links have you got - are you just missing some, or are they off scale?
I think you should have 83 links (as opposed to 79 for normal) per side. Could you ask the vendor for another set and add a few links?
