Hi Eric, I'm in possession of 53-71069 and it is fitted as a linesman trailer with a few mods on it including;
a) side compartments created on the inside by running metal front to back along the beveled portion of the box, both sides. The unfortunate part it also caused two holes to be drilled through the data palte for bolts
b) electrical ground lug on right front corner
c) large metal loops installed on each corner outside of the box

Tom Clark has found a picture of it in a manual somewhere which I still need to get a copy of. I don't think (?) it had a unique ECC though.
