Any forum members witch connections to War Amps? I tried to order a set of DVD's a number of times, but I am getting no responce. It could be that being overseas scares them of....

could you check if there is any mention of a region code on the DVD set you have? I was discussing this with Barry and have also asked War Amps....are the DVD's region coded? Canada is region 1, Europe is region 2.....meaning that I can't watch the DVD's if they are region1 coded.

.....but in Toronto, in China town, there are a number of photoshop stores that offer conversion from whatever format to Canadian code...cost?????

similar service must exist in Europe's larger cities.

Yes Bob, they do exist in Ottawa - one is Gladstone St at Bay St. NW corner. There must be others too, in other parts of the city as well.
