While the wrong shape for a CMP (or Jeep, I don't recognise the shape), it looks like it would be a simple fit to a folding seat frame such as found in a Cab 11/12. The seat frame would need to be folded forward and then the "pockets" seen on the rear of the cover slipped over the top of the rear frame and the front of the seat base. When the seat is folded back vertical, this would tension the cover and hold it in place.
