5D4 body
This version was built by Brantford Coach and Body. Perhaps there were other manufacturers of this body type as well. There is a book called the "AEDB Canadian Design Record" that should show all body types and dimensions, but I'm not sure if it shows production dates. This is an official or semi-official book which is out of print. I don't have a copy, so if anyone has a copy to sell....
